Wild Canadian Swimming

 

I live in Banff  Alberta - the birthplace of Canada's national park system. I never considered myself "a Swimmer" but I can't help but feel compelled to dip, dive, or wade into the bodies of water I have met in my travels. From Thailand to Australia, Europe, the US and right here at home in Canada - I've tested the waters.

This website is meant to be a resource for other Canadians who are keen to explore the wet hinterlands of our great county. you will find links to like-minded organizations around the world, a list of organized events I have found over the years, and a blog on my personal swimming experiences.
